Josie - 10 months

Wow, Josie is edging closer and closer to her 1 year birthday. Crazy. I had the chance to do a little shoot a few weeks ago with her and she is just too precious. Was funny b/c Blanca took photos of her too a few weeks ago. (http://photographybyblanca.blogspot.com/) Little Josie is going to be a well photographed kid I think. So, here are a few of my favorites.

Deadman

I don't shoot many bands anymore but enjoy the chance to do it occasionally. A friend called me a few weeks ago and said, "hey, can you grab your camera and come take pictures of my band practicing." So, I went on over and shot while they were practicing. I am not sure how I would describe their music. I heard someone say "urban cowboy" but I don't think that's quite it, they aren't country. They sounded a little old school, like hints of the 50's to 70's and seemed to have lots of layers. Was interesting. I caught them at Momo's a few weeks ago but was so tired I had to leave after an hour. They had a good turnout though so that's cool.
